Is it possible to bypass RPAS client authentication by using Windows authentication?

Is it possible to bypass RPAS client authentication by using Windows authentication? The requirement is to logon to Windows, click on RPAS client, and RPAS client uses the Windows authentication & allows logon.  Otherwise, is it possible to automatically put the user name & password in the foundation.fcf file by using any tool/code?
