Definite Reporting Attribute Value Sets and Values

My company was recently purchased by another company that does not use Oracle and has different account numbers than we use.  When we report our financials, we would like the ability to report using our accounts and/or the corresponding corporate account.   I attempted to set up Reporting Attribute Value Sets and Values  but apparently this is only available in public sector companies.   Has anyone else had a requirement such as this, and what type of solution did you use?   I have logged an service request with Oracle, but haven't had much response on it.
