Join Field Value Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to use the join Field Value Function in an Opportunity workflow to bring back the Account Ownerd ID in order to trigger an e-mail where an opportunity is created by someone other than the Account Owner, so far I have come up with this but it is not working:

JoinFieldValue('<Account>',[<AccountId>],'<Owner>')=’AFUA-6K86AW' AND [<OwnerId>]<>'AFUA-6K86AW'

Any input would be gratefully received!
