ORG_ID null in RA_Cust_Trx_types_all table for R12 ebs version

 Is it possible to get org id null in RA_Cust_Trx_types_all table in R12 EBS version. I would like to the steps to create entries in the table RA_Cust_Trx_types_all with org_id as null.
