Incorrect OS Information Listed Under Hosts->Configuration Tab

We recently upgraded the Operating System on one of our database nodes from OEL 5.1 to RHEL5 Update 7, but Grid Control still shows the OEL 5.1 particulars.  I have reloaded the agent on the upgraded node, but it didn't help.  Any ideas?
