Account Detail Related Info: Leads display field columns - can these be customized?

I have a question on the Account Detail Related Info: Leads

Can these fields be customized so I can choose what fields display in the Leads Related Info Column?

I have a field that is not on the Accounts Page Layout, I would like to see if this is possible so when we look at the Related Info for Leads it displays this field
