New Servers

 We are upgrading our EMC Storage devices and they do not support our current Windows 2000 SQL Databases.  We are going to acquire a couple of new servers (Dell PowerEdge) with Windows 2003 OS and would like to know what type of Processor(s) and how much Memory we should get for these servers?  We have a 400 GIG database. . .Application is HFM 4.0.1 sp2 with 250 concurrent users.
