EXPDP getting ora-02354

Hello All,

I am trying to export a schema from a 10.2.0.4 instance with expdp and I am getting this error.

. . exported "hw"."ATTACHMENT"                     145.6 MB     620 rows
. . exported "hw"."CVT_GL_TRAN_EXP"                81.80 MB  282652 rows
. . exported "hw"."CVT_GL_TRAN_EXP_2_FP"           78.97 MB  272814 rows
. . exported "hw"."CVT_GL_TRAN_EXP_FP"             78.90 MB  272814 rows
. . exported "hw"."CVT_GL_TRAN_EXP_OLD_FP"         77.27 MB  272814 rows
. . exported "hw"."SUMMER_APP_SUMMARY_PDF"         73.93 MB    2012 rows
ORA-31693: Table data object "hw"."MESSAGE_ATTACHMENT" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number  with name "" too small
