Converting Lead getting Access Error

I have created a role with Record Type Access for Account and Contacts, also Create for Accounts and Contacts, and for Opportunity Has Access only.  In the Privileges the Role has Convert Leads enabled.  In the Tab Access Order they do not have visibility for the Opportunities Tab.  With this Role's access setup this way, when I try to convert I get access error.. Am I missing something in particular causing this?

The reason behind this role's access is to be able to view Leads, Accounts, and Contacts only.  However this role should be able to convert a Lead to Contact, Account, and Opportunity
