Unable to start WebLogic managed server through Node Manager on Solaris x86 platform

Hi,

I'd like to share a strange finding, and to see if anyone in the community encounter this, and perhaps someone to share a recommendation.

I've recently attended WebLogic Admin course from Oracle University, and to use MedRec Sample Application.  I tried to replicate the environment on in my own lab for learning.

E.g.,

Software Configuration

1) Weblogic 10.3.0.0

2) JDK - Oracle JRockit 1.6 and Java HotSpot 1.6

3) Operating System

a) Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.0 (latest copy downloaded from Oracle eDelivery Site)

b) Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.0 (latest copy downloaded from Oracle eDelivery site)

c) Solaris 10 x86 Update 8

d) Solaris 10 SPARC

Setup

It's a simple configuration to have an Admin Server (e.g., MedRecAdmSvr), and 2 managed servers (e.g., MedRecSvr1 and MedRecSvr2).  I've configured a Machine and Node Manage to manage the individual Managed Servers.

Howdy, Stranger!
