Payment Process Request Code

Hi all,

Please guide how to get "Payment Process Request Code" to give required paramter input to run the test of "Payment Process Request (Data Collector)" . Quick response is needed please.

On Payment form I am getting PAYMENT_FORMAT_CODE, PAYMENT_METHOD_CODE, PAY_PROC_TRXN_TYPE_CODE via Help --> Diagniostic --> Examine tool but not getting "Payment Process Request Code".
