Not able to Preview PDF from an RTF file

Hi All,

While uploading the data in .rtf file of microsoft word document file I am getting the below error.but the same template when I am running on Oracle Applications via concurrent program I am getting the pdf output.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Font Dir: C:\Program Files\Oracle\XML Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts
Run XDO Start
RTFProcessor setLocale: en-us
FOProcessor setData: \PO_PRINT\o3596.xml
FOProcessor setLocale: en-us
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 13
