Subinventory set as Non-nettable. In On-hand quantity , query the availability of organization, ATT calculation consider the quantity in non-nettable subinventory?

In on-hand quantity report , there is a parameter can determine the quantity include Non-nettable or not. In On-hand quantity form, is there any setup can do?
