Error in Refresh Collection Snapshot request in R12 .1.3

Hi Experts,

I am running data collection in R12.1.3 with centralized planning both source and destination are in same instance with profile "MSC:Source Setup required" set to Yes.

Data collection spawns Refresh Collection Snapshot and it also spawns "Collections Views" program but both these programs errored out with the below messages

"Source Setup Objects Creation Requests did not complete Successfully"

"Error Setting Up Source Objects"

Can some one help fix the issue.
