Has anyone ever used the Processing option in Case Mgmt on the Case MBF P90CG002 to default in the C

I am trying to setup Case Entry to default the status 120 at entry, but it keeps pulling from the F1751 Status rules setup, I have debugged this and see where it gets the processing option value, but never uses it to populate the case screen or in creating the case.
