How to extract only the objects with exp/imp

I know that with the new data pump I can achieve this. But I am in a hurry that need to perform this and I have never used data pump before.

I've done this before, since it's been a while, I forgot the parameter. What is the parameter that I need to set in the exp/imp utility so that I will only extract the object structure and not the data?

Please advice. Thank you very much.
