Fixed Assets 11.5.10 - Roll back a JE

We have a relatively new user who ran depreciation without closing the period and then ran Generate Journal Entry but she left the "Interface to Leger" option to 'Yes'.

I'm pretty sure that there is nothing that can be done here but I wanted to verify.  Without the period being closed they can still make their changes and send another entry to the ledger?  Or are they stuck with that being the end of the period?
