Need to see supplier sites for all (100) orgs from one responsibility/org

Is there a seeded, Payables, R12 responsibility that allows the user to view/modify supplier sites for all Orgs, without toggling between responsibilities (operating units)? I believe Supplier Data Librarian can accomplish this but we do not have iSupplier Portal installed so I suspect we cannot use this one. My organization is on 12.0.6, moving to 12.1.3 and utilizes MOAC. Any thoughts out there?
