Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dashboard Issues Post Upgrade to Agile 9.3.1.2 via AUT 1.7.3

Description

The Dashboard in the Agile PLM product does not display correctly in 9.3.1.2 when upgrading via AUT 1.7.3.

Likelihood of Occurrence

This will occur if upgrading to Agile PLM 9.3.1.2 using AUT 1.7.3 and the Dashboards tabs are linked to saved searches.

Possible Symptoms

Selecting the Dashboard tab in Web Client will result in a blank screen.

If the Display Preferences/Preferred start page is set to a Dashboard Tab it will fail with the error "Unknown Number: Object does not exist."

Workaround or Resolution

If you are using Dashboards we strongly recommend you hold off on upgrading to 9.3.1.2 until AUT 1.7.3 is fixed.
