Hi,

We have a scenario where a real estate company wants a billing solution for a Housing complex construction project.We need to create each and every house in the real estate complex in Oracle , assign each house  to the customer and bill all the house owners in one go, when a Milestone is completed in Project Management e.g. On completion of excavation a demand letter will be sent to all the customers.Can Property Manager be used ?This is not rent or lease but a new construction project where we have a contract for each customer.
