PAY: How to Create a Custom "Regular Salary" Element?
We use the Oracle "Regular Salary" element for our Salaried Exempt population currently. Now we have a requirement to create a new Salary Basis for a new population, and they are Salaried, but we cannot use the "Regular Salary" element, as the new group is a different frequency, so we have to create our own version of "Regular Salary".
We opened an SR, but support said there is no information on how to create your own "Regular Salary" element, they said to "ask the Community".
We know how to create Hours and Flat Amount earnings elements, not a problem, but we know the "Regular Salary" element does a lot more than just an ordinary Hours/Flat Amount element.
