Invalid Objects Alert does not clear

We are using Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c.  We got an alert for Invalid objects in a monitored Oracle EE database.  I went and recompiled the invalid objects and made sure there are no more invalid objects.  But I still keep getting the alerts.  I waited for several hours and still the alerts keep coming.  I looked at the incident manager and found that the incident has not cleared.  So I suppressed the incident.  But I still keep getting the alerts.  Is anybody aware of this issue.
