Tax Exempt Customer conversions - Tax exempt related criteria

Hi:

We are converting customers from legacy system to R12.1.3 and we have a lot of Tax Exempt Customers that we would like to Populate the Customer Tax Exemptions region with Tax exempt certificate number, Configuration Owner (Operating Unti), Exempt Reason, Exempt Status, Tax Regime Code (I found CUST_TAX_CODE & SITE_USE_TAX_CODE but these are not related to Tax Exempt), Tax Exempt Effective from date. 

Can someone give me some guidances, please?
