Sun F5100 configuration with CAM

Dear All,
I have problem with F5100 configuration.
I already installed CAM 6.9 in SUN sparc M5000. I'm not found " RAID configuration, Volumes configuration & LUN mapping configuration.
SUN F5100 already detected on SUn M5000. (20 x 24GB capacity)

How to assign  RAID, Volumes & LUN configuration using CAM 6.9 on SUN flash array 5100.

Please help me.
