Unsubscribe Link and Company details missing from Email Footer

Hello,

I noticed this evening that the Unsubscribe Link and our Company details are missing from the footer of ODM generated emails.

I understood this was automatically included by ODM on all outbound emails. Has something changed where I have to indicate I want this added?

Please see the attached screen dump of an email which was sent to me after I registered for our newsletter. Do these emails not include the Unsubscribe link because they're in response to a form I completed?
