Joinfieldvalue for renamed Object

Hi All,

we have renamed "Contact" to "User."
i am trying to join a custom field value in a custom object with following

JoinFieldValue('<User.>',[<User. Id>],'<plUser_Designation_ITAG>')

but it is showing error.

please share your suggestions.
