ORG ID null in AR.RA_CUST_TRX_TYPES_ALL table when upgraged from 11i to R12

Duplicate rows retrieved in one of the detail sales report.  We have recently upgraded from 11i to R12 and this problem only occurs for one record type.  I've isolated the issue to the AR.RA_CUST_TRX_TYPES_ALL CTT table in the query.  Our CTT table contains a record with an org id and another identical record with a null value in the org id.  I understand from the persons that did the setup that this is standard functionality for Oracle." Please let me know the steps to reproduce a null value in ORG ID column for AR.RA_CUST_TRX_TYPES_ALL.
