Brother Thermal Printier - Not printing out of Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 on Linux

Hello,
I have installed thermal printer driver on by Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 (Linux) but when you open  the CUPS  in Linux it can see the printer but when you try to print something from the OS the light on the printer turn to RED from GREEN.  what am I missing?

Attached are the steps that were performed by me for your reference.

 
Printer model is QL-1060N
