Is it ok to Run Rapidwiz earlier than directed

Hi,

please forgive me if I'm asking a daft question but the Prep for Upgrade stage in the Maintenance Wizard has towards the bottom, ie. the final section,Prepare For Upgrade, to run Rapidwiz to lay down the 12.1 filesystem.

My question is, Do we need to wait until all of the previous steps are completed, ie. for the Product Families such as Projects, or can I install the R12 software in parallel?
