Failed to install Database on Oracle Rac

Hello,

Finally I managed to install Oracle Rac 11g for Windows on my 2 VMware Nodes. Installing both nodes at the same time somehow didn't work in my environment. 

So I installed Rac on one of the nodes first, then I installed Clusterware on node 2 and ran addnode.bat on node 1 to add node 2.

No error messages appeared and all seems ok.

Now I'm trying to install Oracle Database but having some problems. I first want to isntall software only.

First some Info about system:

Node 1: ESX based Windows 2008 R2 Server Enterprise Edition 64bit. 4GB Ram 50GB Diskspace for application and 20GB for Database.
