I am running a custom concurrent program "Invoice Validation" by it is running pending-normal from l

Hi,

I am running a custom concurrent program "Invoice Validation" by it is running pending-normal from long time, 
-when I checking database "ORACLE_PROCESS_ID,ORACLE_SESSION_ID,OS_PROCESS_ID" all null, what it indicates?
-their is no child process for this.

when i checked Diagnostics : This request will process as soon as the concurrent manager finishes its current processing and the processing of other requests ahead of this request. User ORAEGLITSYC submitted this request on 20-FEB-2012 05:56:38. 

Please let me know who to resolve these.
