Upgrading 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 on Exadata

We have just discovered in the README of patch 9329767 that a pre-requisite for this patch is Exadata Database Recommended Patch (BP9) 11681165.

Does anybody know if  this mean that we cannot upgrade from BP6 straight to 11.2.0.2 ?

As the first step to upgrade our Exadata cluster from 11.2.0.1 BP6 to 11.2.0.2 we have tried to apply patch 9329767 as per MOS note 1315926.1
Patch cannot be applied due to the following error:

Patch [ 9329767 ] conflict with patch(es) [ 10114705 ] in the Oracle Home.

Does anyone has a similar problem before?
