OU Across EU Countries

We have a requirement where we have a OU/LE in One EU country and warehouses in multiple EU countries , Is it possible to derive the VAT based on the Location of the Warehouse instead of OU location.
we understand that many European companies operate under this model with multiple country VAT registrations .
