Discrepency between two databases in terms of resident memory isage on same server

Dear All,

We have a 4031 problem - SGA memory issue with a database. On the same server we have another database, both ofwhich have memory_target 0f 10G and max_memory_target of 12G.  However, when we did a top on the server we noticed that theresident memory for one database was much greater than the others. In the following, ora_mmon_apgatedw and ora_mmon_apgatedw processes are using 4.1 and 3.9G of resident memory, whereas ora_smon_apgate and ora_mmon_apgate is only using 633Mb and 341Mb  respectively. This does not seem to be right, and it seems like there is something seriously wrong... Whe large discrepency between the two?

Howdy, Stranger!
