Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Using BI Publisher and World - end PDF not creating

A coworker has setup BI Publisher and, seemingly, all the pieces and parts to use it in World.

We've changed a DWV to produce XML output to an IFS folder.

We see that the XML is generated, the RTF template exists, but no PDF gets generated.

Several people have reviewed the EDD setup, and it all looks correct.

We are expecting the AS/400 to produce the end-PDF, but this isn't happening.

We do we look on the 400 to see why it's not being generated?

I've looked at QSYSOPR messages, and QHST, but didn't see anything glaring.

Are there any good white papers, or other documentation for BIP, that "old world" users would understand?
