Setup one DBA code to calculate two different premium rate based on Age

Hi,

This is Canadian payroll.

I want to use DBA table calculation method to setup one DBA code for Basic Life Ins for all employeess, including employees over age of 65.

But employees over 65 years of age pay lower premiumn rate. Is it possible to setup one DBA code and calculate two different premium rate based on Age parameters?
