8.1.1.7 installation - download media pack failed

Hi,

We are installing v 8.1.1.7 of Siebel. Can anyone confirm that we'll have to first install the base version 8.1.1 (which is downloaded from e-delivery) and then download and install the 8.1.1.7 patch from Oracle Support -> Patches & Updates. I dont think we need to separately install all the patches, and only 8.1.1 installation with 8.1.1.7 patch would do the task.

Also, I was trying to download Siebel Business Applications Version 8.1.1.0 Base Applications for Windows (Part 1 of 2) V26510-01 Part 1 of 2 but received error – Connection with server has been reset. I tried thrice and got the same error after around 1.6 GB was downloaded. Can anyone help me with this?
