School District Geocode UDC 07/SS

Hi,

I have an issue today, we have an issue with setting up a new school district code but it has already been set up and is actually a school district code for another state.

Goshen LSD for OHIO code 1305 - we set up as 01305 - as we needed 5 digits on the UDC table 07/SS

Now there is a School District code for PA called Fairfield Area SD Code is 01305 and we can not set this one up since we have already used this code for OHIO and it will create a duplicate record and duplicates are not allowed.

They both need to be set up for each state.
