US PAY: Federal W-2 Magnetic Media

I am trying to creat a Federal W-2 magnetic media file and keep getting an exception file which is not submittable.  The reason is because I have an employee with an invalid social security number.  He doesn't have a social security number and only worked for a couple of days.  How do I get the file created with this employee included?
