What is the standard Disk I/O rate on NAS storage for Oracle database ?

Hi,
The following configuration:
- 7 node architecture with 4 application nodes & amp and 3-node Cluster database

The shared appl_top is currently on SAN storage along with APPLCSF & APPLOG/OUT and want move this to NAS Storage but unable to proceed due to performance issue .
What is the standard Disk I/O rate on  NAS storage for Oracle database. Is there any standard Disk I/O rate ?
