Essbase Studio Measure dimension

Hi,

We have a essbase application created in EIS we are creating the same outline in Essbase studio.We have all the dimension in Parent ,Child relation ship. I created a minischema in studio with a self join for every dimension.Now when i create my measure Hierarchy it doest not allow me to create with Parent Hierarchy element . I know we can create it as normal hierarcy and add Amount as Measure Hierarchy but my current outline does not have Amount as seperate dimesion.Is it possible to achive this in Essbase studio?
