Reg: Oracle Quoting with Configurator

Hi,      This Jony , I have situation here , We are  Re Implementing from 11i to r12 ,In which I need to do conversion of open Quote with configuration of ATO Model Item
 , I Tried Using API ASO_QUOTE_PUB but its creation Quote but not with ATO Configuration Model . It would be great if i get any sample or Document related to import open quote with config model .
Kindly stretch your help if possible .
