How to enable for adjusting the tax amount on Tax Line Summary Form

  Hi everyone,

I'm working the upgraded instance and testing on tax transaction. But after calculating the tax on the invoice line , I can change the tax amount on Tax Line Summary form (The form is disable every fields)

I have already set the profile options:

eBTax: Allow Ad Hoc Tax Changes (Yes)

eBTax: Allow Manual Tax Lines  (Yes)

eBTax: Allow Override of Customer Exemptions (Yes)

eBTax: Allow Override of Tax Classification Code (Yes)

eBTax: Allow Override of Tax Recovery Rate (Yes)

and allow these options on ebTax setup 

Allow Override and Entry of Inclusive Tax Lines 

Allow Tax Rounding Override
