Error on prerequisite when installing windows 64 bit agent

Hi,
I'm trying to install OEM 11g agent on a Windows 2008 Server (64-bit) but I am always getting this error: (Error)

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct or properly diagnose it? I'm still a beginner in Oracle Database administration so I really need help.
