Can we use iSetup to move the newly created Subledger Accounting Method setups from UAT to PROD in R

As per our client requirement, we had to configure a new Subledger Accounting Method, 
Application Accounting Definitions, 
Journal Lines Definition, 
Accounting Derivation Rules & 
Mapping Set to have the accounting changed based on certain segment values . Now since it was a huge setup, we wish to migrate the same using iSetup. Please let us know the pssibility of doing same.
