11.2.0.3 ASM with EXP/IMP Upgrade

Hi,

We're running on Oracle 9.2.0.8 with Windows 2003 R2 32 bit on HP DL380 G5.

We have tested to migrate to oracle 10.2.0.5 64 bit version with exp/imp on HP DL380 G7 and tested to JD Edward Application.

But, I want to upgrade it to 11.2.0.3 64 bit with ASM feature. Can we do that with export import method?
