Upgrade 11.5.10.2 with 11.2.0.2 DB to 12.1.1

We are upgrading 11.5.10.2 with 11.2.0.2 DB  to 12.1.1. Already we have reached the upgrade file system lay out stage but in the new fille system the DB is at lower level (11.1) .

Please advice on how to proceed with 12.1.1
