Overall compliance in Manufacturer cover page and Item cover page

I have created Specification , Substance , Substance group.

I have created a declaration for Manufacturer part and added specification to the Declaration.

In the Compliance tab I have added Composition of Substances and able to calculate "compliant" or Non Compliant Status.

I have also created a page 2 attribute in manufacture part which maps to Specification and set it as List as Calculated compliance.

Problem i am facing is the Compliance Status is not showing up in the Overall Compliance in Title page of Manufacturer part and not even getting updated in the page 2 Specification mapped field.

The workflow have been moved to release state manually to check if it can update the fields. but it is not doing so.
