Dynamic Sampling with table statistics

Hi All!

I have a found two plans for one statement in grid control. When analyzing the differences
I can see that one plan is listed to use dynamic sampling and therefore a new cursor is created
shared cursor view shows ROLL_INVALID_MISMATCH=Y which i believe comes from new statistics
garherd by dynamic sampling.

The tables has fresh statistics and I can not see any evidences of statistics being deleted.
Why is dynamic sampling used ?

Anyone experienced this ? or have any ideas why dynamic sampling is used ?

env: redhat 5 / 11.2.0.1.0 / and Siebel System
