How to migrate to Exadata

Experts,
    my customer makes plan to migrate six systems to Exadata. Database information as following:

    System name       database Version    Data Size
    -----------------------------------------------
    A                 10.2.0.5            800GB
    B                 10.2.0.5            170GB
    C                 10.2.0.5            20GB
    D                 10.2.0.5            128GB
    E                 10.2.0.4            20GB
    F                 10.2.0.3            800GB
    ================================================
    please show me a solution for minimal downtime.
